Sacramento, CA resident Skinner has carefully crafted a balanced triad of impressive mural work, overwhelmingly intense wall to wall installations and a prolific commercial career. A product of 80's pop culture, early skateboarding scenes, a broken home, dungeons and dragons and a lot of heavy metal, skinner's mind is one full of meyhem driven by a calculated chaos.
